Missing inbound Email body Text

Hi Frds,

I am trying to read inbound email using Handler class. Am able to read Subject line, Email Address. But issue is i am not able to read Email body content.

When try to read body content using GET_BODY_PART_COUNT method shows the document as having 1 part and further reading the context text it returning blank.

ls_content = lif_bcs_doc->get_body_part_content( sy-index )

getting empty ls_content-cont_text

Please advice.
