Records missing in tables BUT052, ADCP

Hello Experts,

Is there any report or BAPI's or class available to insert the missing entries to the tables BUT052 and ADCP.

Table BUT051(BP Relationship: Contact Person Relationship) having the entries for the contact and account relationship, but address for the same is missing in the tables BUT052 and ADCP.
