Dear Gregor
Thank you for your reply. We checked for Alias. We are able to create alias for CRM_SVY_SERVER. How can we create it for our own survey?
Following are the cases that we tried
Case 1: Generating link using BSP as Get & Send Option
- Created a survey & defined A1ZORRO.xml file
- Content of .XML file except standard:
<SurveySystemParam Action="http://(Host Name); (port)/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_svy_server/survey.htm?sap-client=(clent)" Method="post" Enctype="application/x-www-form-urlencoded" AccessURL="http://(Host Name):(Port)/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_svy_server/survey.htm" />
- Generated link using above files, with both get & send option as BSP.
- Survey link: http://(Host Name):(Port )/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_svy_server/survey.htm?sap-client=(Client)&applid=CRM_SURVEY_MARKETING&svyid=ZORRO%20TEST%20ADVANCES%20SURVEY&vers=0000000002&lang=EN&parid=A1ZORRO.XML
- Above URL requires user ID and Password to fill the survey on Intranet.
- We have our SAP CRM system on Intranet. When same link is shared on internet(Gmail account) with help of mail form then it says ‘webpage not found’ i.e. survey does not open on Internet with the URL.
Case 2: In case of HTML file generated as mailto option in
- Created a survey & Created a ‘mailto’ .xml file with following definition
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <SurveySystemParam Action="mailto:********@***.co.in" Method="post" Enctype="application/x-www-form-urlencoded" IncludeStylesheetInOutput="true"/>
- Downloaded a .html file from Extra-download presentation format- send option(mailto)- send file(above file) – Media type (screen)
- Same file is sent on an internet E-mail Id. When this file opened in browser it shows a survey.
- Whenever submit button is hit, it opens same survey in a new Tab.
Please correct us where we are going wrong. Or Please suggest your own procedure.
Thanks & Regards
Anshita
