I am facing the same issue with our newly insralled Rich Text Editor.
We've installed all notes as was described ( our system version is CRM 7.0 EHP 3 SP 10 )
But unfortunately I don't see the editor. Actually I don't see anything... ( screenshot attached )
Another question regarding this issue, should this affect the email editor? both IC mail and BT Activity mail?
