For this requirement you can achieve this by two different configurations of view. Use the below steps.
1.Create two different configurations of your view, one configuration where you keep only Field1 and other configuration where you keep all three fields.
2.Redefine the GET_P method of Field1 and register a dummy sever event on click of field event. this will help to refresh the view.
3.Redefine DO_CONFIG_DETERMINATION method of your view implementation class. Read the attribute Field1 's value, if it is true the load the second configuration of your view else load the first configuration of your view.
