Hello Manoj,
I have checked you component BTCATEGORIES.I have noticed that there is mismatch in the structure of context node of your view(BTCATEGORYFIRST) and context node available at component (BTCATEGORFIRST).Fields like CAT01,CAT02...CAT10 are not present at context node of component. Binding will not work until unless both the structure are not same.
You have to enhance the component and add the extra attribute that are not present at context node at component.
