CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL dump on WEB UI while selecting Account Fact Sheet .

Hello Experts,

The following is the error which is occurring  while selecting the Account Fact Sheet option  under Business role BP IC Agent Service .

I am not getting to know how to resolve this .
