When entering the Interaction Record, the Sales Org. Data-Webpage Dialog pops up.
It shows down to our 3rd level of Sales Org. We need to show down to the 4th level of Sales Org for our Service Organization level.
Our Sales Org is setup as-
From above, under Generac Service Org., Customer Support and Service shows on the lower box.
We need to show Tier 1 cs, Tier 1 cs 24/7, Tier 2, Tier 3 (and Tech Service and Resolution) level as well.
