I need help. We implemented some SAP notes for IE11. For SAP CRM Interaction Centre. We have some Z-alerts that displayed in alert context area. After installed notes alerts area is not clear if push button "Clear Interection" or button "END'. Some interesting is happened. Icons for alerts is cleared and texts is not cleared. After click on any button alert context area cleared. Alerts is poll free. It works well in the Google Chrome browser.
