There seems to be misunderstanding.
If we remove functionality to create new Contract Account,it will not be created. The requirement is one should not be able to create SECOND or MULTIPLE CONTRACT ACCOUNTS, once Contract Account is created against Business Partner.
Can we have some restriction wherein error is thrown while creating second contract account & second Contract
