CRM Session Time Out Pop Up not working

Hi Expert,

I have implemented SAP Notes 2119701 including 2092893, 2096030, 2097954, and 2098586 to have Session Time Out pop up after 30 minutes of user inactivity. Despite that it is showing different kind of pop up which is mentioned in SAP note 2092893

Moreover, for some Business role the pop up is not working at all. I have setup the parameter FRONTEND_TIMEOUT and SESS_TIMEOUT_POPUP and used those parameters at the same Technical Profile for all business roles. We are using SAP CRM 7 EhP 3. Can you please advise for the same?
