Issue with second level navigation

Hi Experts ,

After service pack upgrade to level 10 in my project , there is something quite strange which is happening in the WEBUI screen , the first level navigation is working fine ... but the second level navigation only works once the first level navigation is done , it doesn't work the first time straight away ( means the arrow for second level navigation only appears once we do the first level navigation firstly and then do the second level navigation , these arrows don't appear straightaway after logging into WEBUI system ) .
