Hi Experts,
We recently had a SP upgrade in the CRM environment. In the upgraded environment once we log in to the WEBUI screen and try to click on the navigation bar arrow button to access the second level of navigation , it doesn't respond ,nothing happens. But the arrow button becomes active once we have clicked on the first level Navigation bar item.
We tried to invalidate the server cache globally and also clear the browser cache but it doesn't have any affect.
Please help .
