Hi Jaya,
Do following
1. Open the sales transaction in web UI
2. Click on configure page button
3. Out of all configurations you see, one will be default selected. This is the one which was determined when you opened the transaction. You do not have to select any other. Keep the default selection and click on copy. This will open a popup for entering the values which you want. Everything should be auto populated. Just ensure that you have transaction type in object subtype field.
4. After the configuration is created, you will have to set the fields to display only mode
