Your answer is very helpful. Now we got the correct pop up for IC Web Client role after implemented SAP Note 2204431.
The only thing is with CRM WebClient Business Role the pop up is not working. I checked the FRONTEND_TIMEOUT and SESS_TIMEOUT_POPUP already assigned with the associated Technical Profiles and with the correct Business Role. What did I miss here?
