Business partner data update while copying confirmation

Hi All,

In SAP crm web ui when we copy service confirmation it's copying all the data into new service confirmation..but at the business partner level Executive service employee defaulted to current user who is copying it..I wanted to copy the same executive service employee BP of original confirmation..

Could you please let me know how we can achieve this..is it possible to achieve this using configuration..?

are there any FM available to update the business partner data or copy business partner data..?

or let me know the best approach to update business partner data..
