Is is possible to do a bit of custom coding and view creation for your requirement ? As per my understanding, you need to display the HR related data of a Business Partner only in case if the person is an employee. And the data is static in nature and will be read only based on some authorization object.
Can you create a Table view with the fields which you need to display. Populate the view context nodes in the DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT method of the view. You can read the data very easily from the employee collection and by using any of the following relations -
BuilEmplResponsRel or BuilEmployeeRelationRel. Of if any of these 2 doesn't fit the requirement then you can use the exact relationship.
This is a custom solution, but on a high side it will be easy to maintain when you don't have a complexand rigid requirement of data maintainance. In this way there will less changes involved and you will get a greater control of whom to display data based on further authorization checks.
