An ascending sort is set on the field Created_On/At(Timestamp field) through personalization. This is in component view ICCMP_INBOX/InboxResultView.
The sort works only on the date. Time in this field is not getting sorted ascending. But if we do a manual sort then the data gets sorted by both date and then time ascending.
I think this might be something to do with HTML scripting. But could spot the exact location. Does anyone know how to fix this issue.
