I have tried to debug the issue for quite sometime now without any luck.
Hence reaching out to you.
We have enhanced the Inbox Results and added a custom field (field 'due date' below).
While sorting the table the sequence is not correct.
I am quite sure that the somewhere declaration/definition of this field has been somehow made as "Non Date" or "String" field.
But i am not able to backtrack from where this is done.
There is same date field "Creted On" which works perfectly.(Standard SAP)
Could you please give a clue?
