Hi Diego,
You do not need to pass ref_handle when you are passing ref_guid.
Also you are missing Logical key in Input fields table which will have value E0012ZOF4 i.e concatenation of your status and status profile.
And last thing, you need to maintain input fields for 'STATUS', 'USER_STAT_PROC' and 'ACTIVATE'. You have only maintained for user_stat_proc.
Make these 3 changes and the status will get surely changed.
