Actually i have followed this Table view iterators approach and its working fine.
Below are issues I found in this approach.
1. I believe due to HTML codes look and feel is different from the normal . UI font of the disabled fields are getting changed to some different font.
2. Color for the disabled rows are also different from the normal disable fields in web ui. Can you please let me know if we have any control over the font and color in this approach ?
