In CRM if there are many views in one window, then not all the views gets displayed on the screen at a time. Only the default view gets displayed first. The rest views gets used on navigation i.e. Switching from one view to another.
Assume you have two views in a single window, view1 and view2. View1 displays the results in a table form and some field in this table has a hyperlink. View2 displays the detailed information of selected entity from the table (view1).
On clicking of hyperlink, it should navigate to view2 which shows detailed information. So in this case all the views gets used.
In CRM it is not possible to change the view type dynamically, i.e from form view to table view or vice-verse.
Hence multiple views are required to place in one window for changing the information.
