Hi,
I am in the testing phase of a SAP CRM 7.0 EhP2 implementation. Initial replication of master data had been completed, but I came upon a strange issue. Thing is, Function and Department fields of Contact Person do not have their dropdown lists in Web UI. Here are my inputs:
1. Initial download of middleware objects DNL_CUST_TPFK and DNL_CUST_TSAB had already been completed successfully, and I can see the values in check tables TB911 and TB913.
2. When I create a customer and assign a contact person to that customer in SAP ECC, replication occurs successfully. In table BUT051, I can see the relationship and Function and Department fields' values have been correctly filled. (Picture 1)
3. When I open the Web UI to see the business partner and the contact, Function and Department are blank. (Picture 2)
4. If I try to create a new contact person (or change an existing one), I can freely enter anything I want in Function and Department fields, which is not good. (Picture 3)
5. The corresponding views are standard, they have not been enhanced.
What do you recommend to me to be able to use the corresponding check tables for these fields?
