I am having a major issue and are unable to find the root cause. Need your help.!!!
In our system, we change the activity status using WF_BATCH (Workflow) and the workflow is triggered using actions at status.
From last couple of months, the workflows get duplicated with different workitem ID. The workflows that are duplicated are on the same activity and same action. But this does not happen on every status change. If we have 100 activities then this issue comes only on 5-7 of them.
We have been struggling to replicate it, but cannot.
I am trying to read the workflow buffer, so that I can somehow stop the workflow from creating duplicate. Is there any function module I can use?
Also, would appreciate any new suggestions.
