Hello All,
The issue stands resolved for the object crm_ord_pr, the transaction types highlighted below were kept from YRVR to ZRVR.
My Activity types were also starting from Z002, as a result of which the system was allowing to create the follow up activities on the lead
Once the ZRVR transaction type was removed in the too assignment block the system was able to restrict the activity creation.
The ZRVR transaction type was then added in the from assignment block.
