Thank you for detailed reply, appreciate the same, I searched the visit plan for the following fields
a) DESCRIPTION
b) OWNER_DESCRIPTION
The below screen shot is for the header level, however the fields given by you are not present.
The below screen shot is for the item level,however I am unable to find the above two fields as suggested by you
Please advice further.
