Alok,

         Let's do these steps, execute Tcode in CRM, CRM_SERVICE_CO_CHAR, select all check boxes under 'objects to be replicated', and execute (make sure RFC destination of ECC is there),  go to ECC, check your controlling integration scenario, I am thinking you have defined single object controlling, create your Service Order in CRM via follow up, then release your service order and check whether internal order is created.
