Hello Selvam,
This is a standard functionality called "Data Loss Pop-Up" used to confirm the changes to be saved or not. It might occur only when you are creating a new activity and have not saved yet; or when you have opened and edited an existing activity document. It ideally will not display when you are opening an existing activity and have not pressed edit button.
