please add this code.

         wa_ddlb-key = ' '.

        wa_ddlb-value = ' '.

        APPEND wa_ddlb TO it_ddlb.

        CLEAR wa_ddlb.

Keep a break point in the get_v method and check lt_ddlb values. It should contain a empty line as shown in the attachments.
