Hello Friends,
The issue is we have configured the Service Order Transaction with Approval determination procedure. We have added two steps the procedure.
And it is assigned to standard status profile IT000003.
Whenever we are changing the status to "Awaiting for Approval", the corresponding action is getting triggered.
But the approval step is having status I1391 but system is expecting I1393. So it is not raising the event itself.
Could anyone give some idea from where this status is coming? How we can make sure that it should be I1393?
Next Issue:- We skipped the above steps and try to trigger the REQUESTTOBEAPPROVED event of BUS2000116 in the action.
But in the SWEL we are not able to find the log for this event at all.
So the workflow tasks are not visible in Worklist.
