Hi,
I am completely new to CRM Web UI and tried to create a new field for creating an incident in IT Service Management.
First, I activated "Show configurable Areas" and clicked on the frame to start the configuration tool. Then, I clicked on "Create Field" for the Component "AIC_Incident_H", selected my Z* package and the "Service_H" part. I filled out all the details and activated the field for the reuse in some other objects.
Finally, I searched for the new field in the "Available Fields" list, found it within the folder "CONTRACTBTADMINH" (I have no idea why it has been placed there) and added it to the view.
Now, unfortunately the field is not editable and it shows "Not bound".
The field has the enhancement ID: "ZEXT000003" and the field ID: "ZZFLD000003"
What do I have to do now? Any help is appreciated!
If possible, please describe the steps that have to be done in detail. As mentioned above I am new to CRM UI
