SPDD issue:Customer version of table could not be accessed

Hi Experts,

We are upgrading our CRM system from CRM 2007(6.0) to 7.0 EHP2 and at the time of upgarding we have stuck in the SPDD when we are trying to

click on table objects its giving me pop up which have message "Customer version of table <tname> could not be accessed" .

And also I have adjusted some objects( open them and activate them and come back and trying to accept the proposal) but still they are showing in yellow status not converting in grean check how can I convert them in green check.

I have checked Note 48645-SPDD customer version cannot be obtained its not helpful for us.

Can any body have any idea on these.
