Export to Spreadsheet not possible

Hi GURUs,

We have a custom ALV report in ECC. We're calling it from CRM Web UI via transaction launcher. The report is displaying fine. But when we're trying to download the report using standard ALV export functionality, we're unable to do it and getting the below screen.

Can anybody please give any idea why this is happening?
