Hi CRM Gurus,
When i create a service order with the reference of a service order via follow-up button, material from the first service order can be displayed on pop-up screen that is used to copy materials into the next document. There is no copying customization for the related item category but as i said before, that material can be displayed on the pop-up.
You can see the pop-up screen on attachments.
Could you please inform me to solve this problem?
