Can you please elaborate your requirement in a little more detail ? Do you want the Item to be displayed in the popup when you create a follow up document ?
If that is your requirement, then I think all the Items with Released Status will be present in the Popup which you want to include in the next document.
Else, if you have any particular custom logic then you can use the Badi - CRM_COPY_BADI to implement your own logic.
